Does my travel insurance cover COVID-19?

With coronavirus outbreaks around the world, it’s more important than ever to get trip protection even when vaccine rollouts are underway.

Emergency medical

The only thing worse than catching COVID-19 is getting infected away from home. If you get sick with COVID-19 or another illness, you can get Medical and Hospital assistance during your trip and other emergency medical benefits.

Quarantine or mandatory extension of travel

You are covered in case of a quarantine or mandatory extension of travel due to a diagnosis of COVID-19 or symptoms, by a qualified physician, during the travel period.This benefit does not cover any other quarantine, such as quarantines imposed by the government or health agencies.
